The technology and maintenance expo The largest technology and maintenance expo in the Benelux will take place in Rotterdam Ahoy from April 18 to 20, 2023. The trade fair where you can gain and share knowledge and build and strengthen relationships.

During the fair, Merrem&La Porte will demonstrate the Cathodic Protection solution live by means of a pipeline in an aquarium. We will show a Visual Inspection demo in which the pipe section can be monitored with an iPhone. Deviations that are observed during the inspection can be sent directly to the responsible engineer as a work order. Timely and proper maintenance ensures more sustainable business operations.

On Thursday, April 20 (10:45 AM – 11:15 AM), speakers Ronald Teijken, Senior Sustainability Software Specialist at IBM, and Stefan Hoffmanns, Product Development Manager at Gemba, will talk about the role of Asset (Performance) Management in Sustainability.

Sustainability is a hot topic, both from a social point of view, but certainly also because of the new regulations, such as ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) that are rapidly approaching us. From various areas of attention, companies can realize improvements in the field of sustainability and good maintenance (asset management) can certainly contribute to this in an integrated form with, for example, AI and IoT.
